Cleaner Duties:
-Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
-Clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
-Manage floor care by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming various types of flooring.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
-Maintain an organized schedule to ensure the timely completion of all cleaning tasks.
-Follow safety protocols when using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
-Must pass a background check
-18+ years of age or older and have a Valid driver's License.
-Must Sign NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Confidentiality is a must for our clients. We are around some highly sensitive information at times and in people's homes.
-Experience in commercial/residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Will train.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
-Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.
-Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is a plus.
-Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
