Early morning cleaner 12-15 hours $16/hr
Early morning shifts would all include 3 am - 1 pm, including working on Saturday.
We will have some office work coming up soon, 2-3 hours a week. Entry-level, requires a degree. More details later.

Cleaning Technician Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, and restocking basic supplies when needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Clean surfaces such as desks, counters, tables, windows, and high-touch areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Manage floor care by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming various types of commercial flooring.
- Follow cleaning checklists and service protocols to ensure consistent results for each client location.
- Use company apps and technology to log work, track tasks, and communicate with the team.
- Take before-and-after photos and short videos of completed work when required.
- Participate in additional activities such as job fairs, vendor fairs, and community events as needed.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure the timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks.
- Follow safety protocols when using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Must pass a background check.
- 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable and punctual attendance, shows up on time, and is ready to work.
- Must sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Confidentiality is a must for our clients. We are sometimes around highly sensitive information.
- Experience in commercial/residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required—we will train.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to use smartphones/apps and follow digital processes.
- Reliable cell phone with an active plan (used for communication and clocking in/out).
- Ability to take before and after photos and/or video content for social media pages.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

What We Offer
- Part-time schedule: 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time in the future
- Pay: $16/hour
- Work hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM With some afternoon/early morning and weekend shifts available.
